I have, in the entirety of my thirty odd some years of life, never had the pleasure of being treated to such unprofessional treatment from a business owner.
Great selection and friendly staff. Prices are very competitive! They have birds, fish, reptiles, and small animals. My five year old really enjoyed looking at all the pets! We will be back!
Instead, he continued to talk. Even after his dog snapped at mine. Which, fortunately, having been to a fair few dog parks, I was able to head off pretty quickly. But... yeah. Still on the phone. Growling, snipping and barking were had, and voiced, and...
I'm giving a 4 only because they are just starting out at this location and weren't fully stocked.

They do carry quality dog/cat food. The owners are awesome and will gladly order anything you need.

Great place with nice choices of grain free dog foods! Owners were very helpful and went above and beyond to help us! Highly recommend!
You guessed it. Still on the phone. Didn't say a word. When we reached the checkout counter, he didn't even bother to acknowledge my wife or myself, other than to say the total, and ring up the transaction. No pleasantries, or "have a nice day" or anything other than continued phone chatter.
It wasn't that he did anything to us to treat us poorly, per se. It's more that he could not be bothered to get off of the phone with his friend to bother to even acknowledge that yes, we were indeed fellow human beings, or customers, even.
The selection wasn't bad, with some higher end dog food brands, and a few free samples around the store. They had some pets for sale, too. I'd have even inquired, for simple curiosity, had the shop owner cared to... well. Be a shop owner, or even act like a fully functioning member of society.
