Several of Jaime Torres ministries and participants from various churches volunteered at Forgiven Ministries' One Day with GOD starting at Spruce Pine United Methodist Church and continuing to the Avery/Mitchell Correctional Center. This ministry unites incarcerated dads with there children. They spend the day together. The volunteers prepare food, run errands, and worship Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior. What a blessing to spend the day with GOD and these forgotten folks.
